مدل‌سازی تحلیلی از فرآیند بیولیچینگ توده‌ای (فروشویی زیستی)

چکیده

در این مقاله، شبیه­سازی فرآیند لیچینگ باکتریایی توده­ای و ارزیابی تحلیلی فرآیندهای درگیر در شرایط ناپایا از طریق مدل­های تحلیلی برای کانسنگ کم­عیار مس بسط و گسترش ­داده شده است. المان انتگرالی تعریف شده عبارت است از واحد حجم توده که شامل فاز جامد (با توزیع اندازه ذرات کانسنگ)، فاز مایع (محلول شسته شده ساکن و جاری حاوی مواد حل­شده و باکتری­های چسبیده و معلق) و فاز گاز (جریان هوا و حباب­های هوای موجود در منافذ) می­باشد. فرآیندهای نفوذ و واکنش در مدل پیشنهادی شامل توزیع اندازه ذرات کانسنگ، چسبیدن و عدم چسبیدن باکتری­ها و فرآیندهای اکسایش و انتقال اجزاء شیمیایی و باکتریایی به داخل و خارج المان می­باشد. با برنامه­نویسی در محیط نرم افزار پایتون از روش سیمپسون برای حل مدل­های موجود استفاده گردید. درستی نتایج حاصله به­وسیله بررسی موازنه جرم در پایان شبیه­سازی تائید گردید. اعتبارسنجی نتایج به دست آمده با مدل پولز و مدل شبیه­سازی واکنشی پیریت به کمک نرم­افزارفینیکس بررسی گردید. ذرات کانسنگ در سه کلاس اندازه به شعاع­های mm0.1، mm0.75 و mm1.5 با درصدهای وزنی به ترتیب 45، 35 و 20 درصد طبقه­بندی شدند. حداکثر خطای نسبی در محاسبات موازنه جرم در تمام شبیه­سازی­ها کمتر از 0.7 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد که سینتیک انحلال کالکوسیت از کوولیت و کوولیت از پیریت بیشتر می­باشد. برای حالت باکتریایی، میزان انحلال کالکوسیت در اندازه شعاع ذرات mm0.1، mm0.75 و mm1.5 به ترتیب %100 (بعد از 38 روز)، %100 (بعد از 110 روز)،  و %87 (بعد از 160 روز) بدست آمد. در مورد کوولیت، برای اندازه ذرات مذکور در طی 160 روز درصد انحلال به ترتیب 60، 35 و 18 حاصل شد. میزان انحلال پیریت نیز 33، 24 و 14 درصد محاسبه گردید. همچنین، آنالیز حساسیت برای عوامل دما و توزیع اندازه ذرات انجام گردید. نتایج شبیه­سازی روند صحیحی با در نظر گرفتن توزیع اندازه ذرات در بازیابی مس از خود نشان دادند.
