This problem of kriging shows the necessity of developing new methods that consider both distance and sample values for assigning appropriate weights to the samples. In this study, a combination of the Gumbel and Clayton Archimedean copulas is proposed to describe spatial structure of two data sets. One of these sets includes some simulated physico mechanical properties of an andesite quarry and the other one contains borehole data of a porphyry copper deposit. The combined copula was able to describe various kinds of spatial structures with asymmetric upper and lower tails at different lags. The jackknife cross-validation test showed better performance of copula over ordinary kriging such that the mean values of variables were better estimated through the copula method. Correlation coefficients between the estimated and real values were higher for copula than kriging. The copula results had lower mean squared errors and this method better reproduced the data distribution. The kriging performance was severely affected by the variables’ distributions such that for highly skewed variables it showed the worst results. Moreover, accuracy and precision of the kriging results are inversely correlated with the amount of nugget effect. In contrary to kriging, marginal distribution and the nugget effect have far less impact on the copula’s performance. Therefore, this study strongly suggests copula approach for geostatistical estimation due to its flexibility in describing various spatial structures and outperforming ordinary kriging that consequently results in better economic evaluation.}, keywords = {Copula,Kriging,spatial structure,Tail dependence}, title_fa = {بررسی توانایی روش کاپیولای گامبل- کلِیتون برای تخمین‌ زمین‌آماری}, abstract_fa = {در روش کریجینگ وزن‌دهی به هر نمونه‌ با توجه به ساختار فضایی متغیر، بر اساس فاصله از نقطه تخمین و بدون توجه به مقدار نمونه‌ها انجام می‌گیرد. این مشکل کریجینگ لزوم استفاده از روش‌های جدید همچون کاپیولای فضایی که در آن هم مقدار متغیر ناحیه‌ای و هم فاصله از نقطه تخمین در تعیین وزن موثر است را نشان می‌دهد. در این مطالعه، ترکیبی از کاپیولاهای ارشمیدسی کلِیتون و گامبل در توصیف ساختار فضایی دو مجموعه داده‌ یکی حاوی ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی شبیه‌سازی شده از یک معدن سنگ آندزیت و دیگری حاصل از مغزه‌گیری از یک کانسار مس پورفیری، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. کاپیولای ترکیبی قادر به توصیف انواع ساختارهای فضایی با همبستگی نامتقارن دمی بالا و پایین در گام‌های مختلف بوده است. آزمون اعتبارسنجی متقابل به روش جک‌نایف نشان‌دهنده عملکرد بهتر کاپیولا نسبت به کریجینگ معمولی بوده است، به ‌طوری‌ که برای بیشتر متغیرها میانگین داده‌ها به خوبی با روش کاپیولا تخمین زده شده است. ضریب همبستگی نتایج تخمینی کاپیولا و مقادیر واقعی بزرگتر از مقادیر متناظر در تخمین کریجینگ بوده است. خطای میانگین مربعات در روش کاپیولا خیلی کمتر از روش کریجینگ بوده است و نمودار پراکندگی مقادیر تخمینی در مقابل مقادیر واقعی، نشانگر نزدیکتر بودن توزیع نتایج کاپیولا به توزیع داده‌ها است. عملکرد کریجینگ تحت تاثیر توزیع متغیرها بوده، به‌ طوری که با افزایش مقدار مطلق چولگی، از کارایی این روش به شدت کاسته شده است. همچنین، در روش کریجینگ، صحت و دقت تخمین‌ها با افزایش اثر قطعه‌ای، کاهش یافته است. در مقابل، توزیع داده‌ها و مقدار اثر قطعه‌ای، تاثیر به مراتب کمتری در عملکرد کاپیولا داشته است. به علت انعطاف‌پذیری زیاد توابع کاپیولا در توصیف ساختار فضایی و نتایج بهتر این روش نسبت به کریجینگ معمولی، استفاده از کاپیولا در تخمین زمین‌آماری که باعث بهبود برآوردها و در نتیجه ارزیابی اقتصادی بهتر در معادن است، توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {کاپیولا,کریجینگ,ساختار فضایی,وابستگی دُمی}, url = {https://ijme.iranjournals.ir/article_243297.html}, eprint = {https://ijme.iranjournals.ir/article_243297_a9beae81ce1636bab220eeceff099530.pdf} }
