Geometry of asperities greatly influences the joint mechanical behavior, and these effects must be estimated by reliable and applicable methods. This paper deals with a method, which characterizes the rock joint surface in terms of roughness based on multi-scale decomposition using wavelet theory. Wavelet decomposition allows for distinguishing the small-scale and large-scale components of a wave. Here, joint geometryies is considered as a wave, and its roughness and undulation are regarded attributed to as the small-scale and large-scale components, respectively. Different scales of upper and lower joint surface roughness have been combined to produce the composite surface having asperities characteristics of both joint surface. Thus, the contribution of two surface components of the joint was considered separately in the shear strength criterion. It was found that peak shear strength is mainly influenced by both roughness and undulation, but the residual shear strength and dilation are mainly influenced by the undulation. The proposed shear model is capable ofhas capability to  quantifying tative consideration of the roughness and undulation and helps to well understanding and modeling of the shear mechanism. The experimental test results verified the shear model predictions. results are well verified by comparison with experimental test results.  }, keywords = {Rock joints,Shear strength,Dilation,Multi-scale roughness,Wavelet theory,Wavelet de-noising}, title_fa = {مدل¬سازی رفتار مکانیکی درزه¬های طبیعی سنگی طی برش مستقیم با توجه به زبری سطوح}, abstract_fa = {تاکنون مدل‌های متعددی به منظور پیش‌بینی رفتار مکانیکی درزه‌های سنگی ارائه شده‌است اما برآورد صحیح ضریب زبری مؤثرو مقدار اتساع درزه‌ها طی برش، همواره از بزرگترین محدودیت‌های این مدل‌ها بوده است. این تحقیق، چگونگی تأثیر زبری سطوح درزه بر رفتار برشی و اتساعی درزه‌های گرانیتی را حین آزمایش برش مستقیم مورد بررسی قرار داده است. زبری سطوح درزه، اعم از زبری کوچک و بزرگ مقیاس، تأثیر مستقیمی بر اصطکاک و همچنین بازشدگی موجود بین دوسطح درحال تماس دارند. بنابراین در این تحقیق با ترکیب نیمرخ‌های برداشت شده از سطوح بالایی و پایینی درزه، یک سطح مرکب تولید شد که به‌طور همزمان در برگیرنده‌ی ویژگی‌های دندانه‌داری هر دوسطح است. هرکدام از نیمرخ‌های برداشت شده از سطح درزه به صورت یک موج دو بعدی در نظر گرفته می‌شود. برای مطالعه‌ی دندانه‌داری نیمرخ‌های برداشت شده، از روش تجزیه‌ی چند مقیاسی امواج بر پایه‌ی تئوری موجک استفاده شده است. با استفاده از تئوری موجک، امکان دید همزمان اجزای کوچک مقیاس (زبری) و بزرگ مقیاس (یا موج مانند) یک درزه وجود دارد. پس از تجزیه‌ی هر موج (یا نیمرخ) به مؤلفه‌های تقریبی (یا تموج) و جزئی (یا زبری) خود، هرکدام از آن‌ها به صورت جداگانه خصیصه‌دهی شدند. این شیوه‌خصیصه‌دهی به سادگی از نیمرخ‌ها یا امواج دو بعدی به سطوح سه‌بعدی درزه بسط داده می‌شود. در نهایت مدلی برای بیان ضریب زبری و رفتار عمودی درزه در گام‌های برشی مختلف توسعه داده شده است. با استفاده از این روش می‌توان مقدار جابجایی لازم برای رسیدن به مقاومت برشی پیک و همچنین مقاومت برشی پیک و پسماند درزه را به خوبی تخمین زد. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان داد که عامل اصلی کنترل‌کننده‌ رفتار اتساعی درزه‌ها، دندانه‌داری مرتبه‌ی اول یا تموج درزه است. انطباق مناسب نتایج مدل‌سازی و آزمایشگاهی،درستینسبی این روش را تأیید می‌کند.    }, keywords_fa = {درزهی سنگی,زبری,تئوری موجک,مقاومت برشی و اتساعی,تجزیه چند مقیاسی,کاهش خطای دادههای برداشت لیزری}, url = {https://ijme.iranjournals.ir/article_2602.html}, eprint = {https://ijme.iranjournals.ir/article_2602_5c6325d9ad1e15bd80eef4083d2350db.pdf} }
